Submit as many design requests as you like. They are unlimited however we will work through one design request at a time.

Each request will require a different amount of time to complete, however we aim to have most requests complete within 3 working days. This is given we receive all the information we need from you and the project is approved in a timely manner.

Throughout the year your graphic design needs will differ. Our goal is to make this process as simple as possible so you have designers on hand when you need them. Instead of quoting up each design request and then obtaining approval, our monthly fee has you covered.

Most of the time we work on a great deal of requests early on. Generally an IPO we will be working hard and fast to meet your deadlines.
Most clients tend to keep us on during the year as we keep busy typesetting reports, creating or cleaning up presentations, and we can also keep your website up to date. If you’re not using DesignStock as much as you thought; on a monthly plan you can cancel at any time.

We have a team of senior level (5+ years) graphic designers on hand for all requests. Each designer specialises in the type of work you need complete and will understand the timely nature of your request.

We use a project management software to manage all design requests. You can attach items, describe your request, and link to Google or Sharepoint. Basically anything that is going to help us in the design process, you can make note of. The more information you provide, the better.

We charge separately for a website as there are a lot of moving parts and we will be working on them all at once.
